Jordan Buschur is a visual artist with her MFA in Painting from Brooklyn College, the City University of New York. Jordan is a visual arts mentor in the highly gifted program at Lincoln Public Schools and an artist-in-residence at the LUX Center for the Arts in Lincoln. During a residency with Jordan, students will learn to create handmade books incorporating storytelling, painting and drawing. Working with the goals of the sponsoring organization and the classroom teachers, she will create a workshop specifically for the abilities and interests of the participants.
