Grant Award Packet:
Our Grant Award Packet is sent via email to an organization when they receive a grant from the NAC and is available to download: Grant Award Packet
Final Reports:
Final Reports are due no later than 30 days after the project’s end date, as provided in your application. If an organization does not comply with the requirements of this report, future grants may be jeopardized, and the NAC may delay payments on current grants.
Organizations that receive NAC funding should be prepared to substantiate the Final Report with appropriate documentation such as canceled checks, payroll records, sub-grant award documents and contractual agreements.
