This year's Arts Advocacy Legislative Breakfast will be held in Lincoln on Thursday, March 7, 2013 between 7:15 and 8:30 a.m. at the Capitol building in Rooms 1023 and 1126.

This is your chance to talk face-to-face with our state lawmakers, to let them know about the successes in arts and arts education in our great state and thank them for their support.

Nebraska state senators, arts supporters, educators, administrators and cultural organization board members will be in attendance. Nebraskans for the Arts will provide questions/conversation starters, talking points, and directions to the Capitol rooms after receiving your RSVP.

A $10 per participant** payment is being requested to help cover costs. Simply pay and register online by visiting the Nebraskans for the Arts Arts Legislative Breakfast page.

You may also RSVP or direct any questions to Nebraskans for the Arts Director Marian Fey at marian@nebraskansforthearts.org or 402.595.2125.

** $35 travel stipends are available to those traveling 75-150 miles one way, and $75 travel stipends will be available to those traveling more than 150 one way. Hotel accommodations/rates are available upon request. Please let the Nebraskans for the Arts office know if you are interested in this subsidy.

We look forward to seeing you March 7!
